The old Franklin County Chamber of Commerce website was out-dated and cumbersome to use, both for the Chamber's staff as well as visitors. The Chamber is very pleased with how much easier it is to edit and manage their site now. Members can also log in and edit their profiles with ease so it cuts down on the amount of work the Chamber needs to do to keep their members directory current. Overall, the general feedback from the surrounding community was very positive.
