Billing Policies
Refunds and Cancellations
There is no contract to sign to use Aptuitiv. You can cancel the service any time by calling 1-207-860-4040
No refunds will be made for the current monthly period if you pay for one month at a time. If you pay annually then you will be refunded for the unused whole month periods.
Warranty
Aptuitiv, Inc. is responsible for the hosting infrastructure and the code that powers Branch CMS. Beyond that we make no warranties for your website. You are responsible for maintaining the content of the website and the continuation of your domain name registration.
